The Council Bluffs Fire Department responded to a fire set in a pair of restrooms in Fairmount Park on the East Graham side. $20,000 worth of damage is the initial estimate. Fire was set sometime between 8pm Thursday April 12th amd 11am Friday April 13th. No injuries or damages to other structures were reported.
