STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Delays were reported on the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island during the Monday morning rush hour.
A debris spill was reported on the approach to Staten Island, with a right lane blocked, according to 511 NY.
The incident was reported around 6:30 a.m.
Around 7 a.m., travel time was about 20 minutes on Route 440 from the Garden State Parkway to the West Shore Expressway, according to 511 NY.
In addition, traffic was reported on the Goethals Bridge due to congestion on the Staten Island Expressway backing up onto the Goethals span, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
