Country superstar Miranda Lambert, 41, and her husband, former Staten Islander Brendan McLoughlin, 33, celebrated six years of wedded bliss on Jan. 26, to the delight of legions of fans who wish the couple well.
The “House That Built Me” star marked the anniversary on her Instagram with the caption, “I’ll love you forever,” alongside a black-and-white photo of their 2019 wedding.
Many believed their marriage was on the rocks when a TikTok video surfaced last year, allegedly depicting the former NYPD police officer, who was named on a 2024 “25 Most Beautiful People” list, dancing with a mystery woman at Miranda’s Nashville bar, Casa Rosa.
Alas, the woman in the video later spoke up, saying their interaction back in June 2024 was totally innocent.
“Miranda has trust issues that can cause her to believe the worst-case scenario,” a source told Life & Style. “As far as she’s concerned, Brendan did prove to her, without a shadow of a doubt, that nothing had happened during the supposed flirting.
“Miranda and Brendan opted to share all their passwords, so that there will never be any questions on either side,” reveals the source. “It helped to calm a lot of fears. They’re very happy again.”
A source close to the couple told SILive exclusively: “They are very happy and right now are always on vacation. Right now, they are in Arizona, enjoying time together.
“Their relationship and private lives are between the two of them.”
‘MY HUSBAND TELLS ME THE TRUTH’
In 2024, the Grammy Award winner gushed on “Tamron Hall,” promoting her Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, that she trusts McLoughlin to always give her the honest truth.
“My husband tells me the truth,” she told Hall. “He gives me harsh reality, and I love it. Everybody needs somebody in their life like a truth-teller, and he’s very New York about it.”
Today, married for six years, the beautiful couple lives on a 400-acre farm outside Nashville where they spend their time caring for their animals; Lambert is a staunch animal advocate, especially with her non-profit, MuttNation Foundation.
So, how’s life with the country superstar and former NYC cop? “We’re pretty chill. When we’re off work, I’m in my patio hang vibe,” said Lambert in an US interview. “We’ll make drinks and listen to music. Sometimes we’ll have the best parties just by ourselves.”

BABY RUMORS ALSO WERE NOT TRUE
In 2024, rumors swirled that Miranda and Brendan were eager to start a family, after an article was published by InTouch Magazine, claiming that the “Mama’s Broken Heart” singer, 40 at the time, was reportedly “yearning to have a baby” with her former NYPD officer hubby of five years.
However, a source close to Miranda and Brendan denied the rumors, telling SILive.com exclusively that the claims are completely not true and unfounded.
“This is fake news,” said the source close to the couple. “They are not planning to have a baby, and Miranda is not ‘yearning’ to have a baby.
“It’s not true. It’s never going to happen. It’s absolutely false.”

STARTED DATING IN 2018
Lambert and McLoughlin started dating in November 2018 after meeting on the set of “Good Morning America,” when Lambert — a three-time Grammy winner, with 27 career Grammy nominations — was there to perform and McLoughlin was on security detail.
In an interview with US, Lambert said: “I’m lucky. I reached a lot of my goals early, and then you’re like, ‘What do I chase now?’
“It takes a while to figure out the balance of actually living your life so you have something to write about and constantly being on the grind. And I think I finally found that balance pretty good.”
