Trump beat the case. Then he beat them in the election. But that does not erase what happened in New York. Democrats weaponized the justice system to interfere with a presidential campaign. That is not a theory. That is exactly what they did.
They took a private payment from 2016 and turned it into 34 felony charges. The legal theory was weak, untested, and clearly political. They wanted headlines, not justice. They wanted to damage Trump before the voters could decide for themselves. It failed.
Now they want everyone to forget it. We will not. This was election interference. It was an abuse of power. The people behind it, including Alvin Bragg and Letitia James, should be held accountable.
Letitia James is now under federal investigation for fraud. That speaks volumes. The same people shouting about the rule of law were breaking it from the inside.
This was not just an attack on Trump. It was an attack on every voter who supported him. It was a message to anyone who dares to challenge the political class.
There must be consequences. Resignations. Investigations. Prosecutions if necessary. If we do nothing, they will do it again. And next time they may get away with it.
