STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The Richmond Home Need Services, Inc. and Stella Orton Home Care Agency Inc. officially launched their new shared office space in Eltingville on Friday.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was organized by the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce to honor the companies’ expansion and reach.
“This move reflects our unwavering commitment to ensuring individuals receive the highest level of home care while staying comfortably in their homes,” said Janet Magnunson, CEO, Richmond Home Need Services.
Both companies, located at 4456 Amboy Road, aim to deliver individualized care to their clients, enriching the quality of their lives. The companies are licensed by the state Department of Health and provide their clients’ care in their own homes.
Stella Orton Home Care Agency, which opened its doors in 1982, and Richmond Home Need Services have been committed to offering care to all five boroughs for more than 40 years, according to the agencies.
The new Staten Island space will allow the groups to reach more communities, they said.
Attendees of the event included: Councilmember Frank Morano, a Republican representing the South Shore; Linda Baran, president and CEO of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce; employees; board members; local business professionals and representatives from both Richmond Home Need Services and The Stella Orton Home Care Agency.
