STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help to locate a 32-year-old man who has been reported missing from Charleston.
Hesham Elshinawy was most recently seen in the vicinity of Arthur Kill Road and Kreischer Street on Sunday at about 12:30 a.m., according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
Police described the man as having black hair and standing about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was seen wearing a red-hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
A photo of the man was provided to the media by the NYPD.
