STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The G.R.A.C.E. Foundation prom-goers partied the night away at its headquarters on Brielle Avenue May 31, with young ladies and gents clad in beautiful dresses and cool outfits, ready to boogie with friends.
GRAND ENTRANCE: Students started to arrive at 6 p.m. They walked the red carpet through the balloon arch at the G.R.A.C.E. entrance, followed by a night of dining, dancing, and camaraderie.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENING: Throughout the night, the students socialized over the dinner buffet with friends and family as the DJ spinning the tunes inspired many to hit the dance floor. The weather outside was in the 80s but inside things were even hotter as the music heated up the dance floor.
G.R.A.C.E party-goers looked spiffy in stylish attire, which ran the gamut of smart casual to elegant suits and beautiful gowns. Securing the esteemed title of SILive.com’s ‘Best Dressed’ were Vincent Cea, Dominique Impellizine, Rachel Irvine, and Elizabeth Pientza.
Rachel chose a teal floor-length gown with a cinched waste, while Elizabeth wore a smart, sleeveless, little black dress of lace with a thin rhinestone belt. Vincent looked extra-sharp in a perfectly tailored suit with a light blue, open collar dress shirt, and black leather loafers with a silver buckle. Dominique chose a peplum dress in violet, accessorized with a silver scarf and matching silver ballet slippers and purse. Dominique’s hair was styled in a sleek, high bun.
