Neighborhood watchers, the CBPDhas had a few calls on a scam going around the city. The phone call plays out as; Hello Mr. or Mrs. Citizen, Congratulation’s you have just won a new car and one million dollars. The only thing you have to do to collect your new car and the million dollars is to bring $1,500.00 cash and meet me at a local shopping center. And of course don’t tell anyone about this we don’t want any publicity. The targets for this scam have been senior citizens. So please let your seniors and the other folks in your watch area know what is happening with this scam.
