The Fairmount Park Neighborhood Association, along with all the Neighborhood Associations in Council Bluffs were chosen to be the Grand Marshall for the 2014 Celebrate C.B. parade which will take place this Saturday May 17th.
We need people to march with us in the parade. We will be brandishing our FPNA banner proudly for all of Council Bluffs to see. If you have kids that have wanted to march in a parade now is their chance or if you are a grown up who’s never marched in a parade, like me, now is you chance to cross it off your bucket list.
We will assemble at 9:30 a.m. on the corner of 9th Avenue and South Main Street. This is the empty lot caddy corner from the Bucky’s Gas station on 9th Avenue. Look for our FPNA banner flying proudly. We hope to as many of you there that we can pack into the street.
