The Fairmount Park Neighborhood Association, along with all the Neighborhood Associations in Council Bluffs were chosen to be the Grand Marshall for the 2014 Celebrate C.B. parade which took place on Saturday May 17th.
The weather was perfect for the event and there was a tremendous turn out and enthusiasm from the crowds gathered along the parade route. The FPNA group was small but proud and we carried our banner high for all the folks to see.
