Friday June 28th, 2013. The FPNA celebrated a long sought after goal. The installation of the first phase of our FPNA Banner Identification Poles at the entrances to our neighborhood. Terri and Karl Allen hosted the event at 445 Glen Avenue. The weather was perfect and the patio at the Allen’s was ideal. We invited representatives from the granting organizations, Pottawattomie County Community Foundation and Keep Council Bluffs Beautiful to thank them for supporting our association to help reach our goal. Current FPNA president Kyle Muschall gave a short speech so that the pot luck could be enjoyed and neighbors and friends could catch up. For photos from the celebration “CLICK HERE”.
